At SafePK, your privacy is a priority. SafePK is an independent, non-governmental, non-commercial educational platform that provides cybersecurity awareness and guidance to people in Pakistan. This Privacy Policy describes our data practices and how we approach user privacy.

1. Local Browser-Based Tools

Many of SafePK’s interactive resources, such as the Link Checker, Password Strength Checker, and complaint draft generator, are designed to run directly in your browser.

  • No Server Storage: Inputs you provide to these tools are processed on your device. SafePK does not receive or store that information on its servers.
  • Client-Side Operation: Your data remains on your device. Humara system aap ke browser ke andar kaam karta hai taake aap ki maloomat aap ke paas mehfooz rahe.

2. No Personal Data Collection

SafePK does not collect, store, sell, or share personal information from visitors.

  • We do not create user profiles or use commercial tracking technologies.
  • We do not require account creation to access educational content or tools.

3. Credential Safety and Impersonation Warning

Important Safety Notice

SafePK will never request sensitive credentials. You should never provide the following on SafePK or to anyone claiming to represent SafePK:

  • Passwords for email, social media, or other accounts.
  • One-Time Passwords (OTPs) or verification codes.
  • Banking details, card numbers, PINs, or mobile wallet credentials such as Easypaisa or JazzCash.
  • Direct access to your accounts or devices.

SafePK aap se kabhi bhi password, OTP, banking details, ya account access nahi maangega. Agar koi SafePK ke naam par aisi maloomat maange, to yeh dhoka dahee ho sakti hai.

4. Communications with SafePK

  • Any information you share will be used only to respond to your inquiry or feedback.
  • We do not use contact information for marketing purposes and do not disclose it to third parties except as required by law.

SafePK may include links to official regulatory, legal, and educational websites, such as the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), State Bank of Pakistan, and other reputable sources, as well as optional support pages.

  • SafePK does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their data practices or content.
